Initiating a Complaint

Complaint Resolution Process:

When it comes to handling and resolving complaints, we follow a simple three-step process: 

  1. Acknowledgement within 5 business days including our complaint handling procedure
  2. A progress update at 4 weeks, offering a conclusive response or reason for delay
  3. A definitive response or rationale for delay if no resolution within 8 weeks

Expressing Concerns Regarding a Solicitor

Should you be dissatisfied with the service received from any of our solicitors, we urge you to get in touch with us directly. If our resolution does not meet your satisfaction, the Legal Ombudsman, an impartial and independent body, is at your disposal.
